I am increasingly coming to the realization that everyone is
a toddler.
Example 1: Toddlers get frustrated when they aren’t
understood. This causes them to throw tantrums.
Example 2: Toddlers imitate the behavior of those around them
in order to fit in. They do this to learn and to feel accepted. They want to be
a part of things.
Example 3: Toddlers want to help even if they suck at it.
They yearn to be contributors, they learn, and they gain a feeling of
self-worth from contributing.
Example 4: Toddlers love attention.
I am really learning a great deal about my self from my one and two year old girls.
