Running

Running.

I say the word and I get anxious. What is it about this type of exercise that just make me so anxious?

Maybe it the way it make feel as I get through the first mile or the way I am worry about being tired while chasing my two little girls afterwards.

The excitement comes as I see myself doing something that is a challenge to me.

Plus how it make me feel knowing that I can do something that I set my mind to. That seems to be what gets me through the anxious feelings. Plus the girls really love seeing all the dogs along the run.

Does anyone else struggle what the anxious feeling with running?
